The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest to provide you with the service you expect after such an enquiry.
This enquiry data is managed within our CRM and Support Ticketing system. If you are just a Visitor of the Website of Vaysunic and there has been no further interaction between Vaysunic and you, then we will delete this Enquiry data after 2 years. This time frame allows us to trace any previous enquiries you have made, should your interest in our application arise once again.
